How long we retain your data
For users that have login’s created on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Inactive user accounts are periodically removed from our website, inactive users are considered accounts that have not had login activity greater than six (6) months.
Patient data for placed order’s is held on this website for no greater than thirty (30) days, for reporting purposes only. At that time, patient information is purged from this webserver. Patient data related to the order, at the time the order is placed, is also sent to MedCare Equipment Company, LLC. for processing. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
